NOW I AM...
1. Grounding by actively prioritising mental, physical and spiritual health, resulting in losing over 30 lbs since last summer, and keeping it off. Still doing it after a health crisis! Yay me!
2. Affirming resolve everyday in favour of a just, safe, free, empowered and caring world
3. Expanding learning about neurodiversity and how to support children and adults living with Autism and ADHD, having learned more about my family and myself
4. Still writing poetry, poetry is in everything and is everything
5. Still helping others with their web projects
6. Joy making by going to art exhibits, visiting gardens, doodling, enjoying the imperfect in everything, appreciating the work of others, making new artist friends and reconnecting with old ones
7. Returned to growing vegetables
8. Returned to sound work
9. Braindumping all of my ideas with digital and nondigital tools
10. Constantly re-imagining work.
